I am Visiting Lecturer at Corvinus University in Budapest and a freelance researcher. I lead the OSI Roma Initiatives (2005-2008) and worked as a program manager for OSI Roma Participation Program (2003-2005), as international advocacy coordinator at the European Roma Rights Center (2001-2002), as an expert with the Government of Romania Department for the Protection of National Minorities (1997-2000). I published Incluziune sau Excluziune Sociala: Drepturile Persoanelor care Traiesc cu HIV in Republica Moldova (Chisinau: Editura Cartier, 2011, bilingual edition Romanian-Russian) and edited recently Ten Years After; A History of Roma School Desegregation in Central and Eastern Europe (Budapest and New York: Central European University Press, 2012).
